Registration open for summer programs and fall activities

Sisters Park & Recreation District (SPRD) is excited to announce that registration is now open for a wide variety of summer programs designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun all season long. From early childhood opportunities to action-packed day camps and specialty programs, there is something for everyone in the community.

This summer, families can enroll their young learners in SPRD’s Summer Preschool, a program focused on preparing children academically, socially, and emotionally for kindergarten—all while enjoying the fun and energy of summer.

For school-age kids, Camp Ponderosa Day Camp offers a classic camp experience filled with outdoor adventures, games, crafts, and opportunities to build friendships in a safe and supportive environment.

In addition, SPRD is offering a wide range of specialty camps, including options in art, sports, and more. Whether a child is interested in developing a new skill, exploring creativity, or staying active, these camps provide engaging experiences for a variety of interests and age groups.

Looking ahead, families can also register now for Fall Preschool and Fall Sports Programs, including soccer, flag football, and tackle football. Early registration is encouraged, as many programs fill quickly.

SPRD remains committed to making recreation accessible to all. Families who may need financial assistance are encouraged to explore the district’s scholarship program, which helps offset program costs for qualifying households.
