Sisters Community Recreation Center

The Sisters Community Recreation Center (SCRC) is a 36,000 square foot facility and offers a variety health, wellness, and recreational opportunities. The SCRC is the former site of the Sisters Elementary School and was renovated into a community recreation center. The facility opened to the public in March 2025.

Admission Fees

All users must check-in at the front desk to access the facility. Admission provides users with access to group fitness classes, fitness studio, and gymnasium. The commons area is available for the public to use free of charge.

PlayLite Pass

The PlayLite pass provides access to the gymnasium and fitness studio on a drop-in basis only. This pass does not provide access to district drop-in group fitness classes.

Pass Information

All passes must be purchased in-person at the Sisters Community Recreation Center.

10-Visit Pass: Provides the passholder with ten (10) visits. Pass may be used for guests in the same age category. Pass expires one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Monthly Auto-Renew: Provides passholder with unlimited visits and the convenience of monthly auto-renewal payments, and cancel at any time. Auto-renewal is set up with a secured credit/debit card.
3-Month Pass: Provides passholder with unlimited visits for three (3) months.
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds/credits for cancellations may be requested in person, via phone, or via email.
All rental refunds/credits are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
Refunds/credits will be issued as follows:
- Full refund of rental fees up to 30+ days prior to the rental date minus processing fee.
- 50% refund of rental fees up to 15-29 days prior to the rental date minus processing fee.
- No refund of rental fees within 14 days of the rental date.
Refunds/credit will be processed within 14 business days. Renters can request an account credit to their RecTrac account for their refund.

Age & Supervision Requirements

All individuals must be 14 years of age or older to be in the facility unsupervised.
Children 9-13 years old must be actively supervised by a responsible individual, 16 years of age or older.
Children eight (8) years old and younger must be actively supervised by a responsible adult, 18 years of age or older.
