Join us for a fun-filled hour of total body workout using a spicy, upbeat mixture of Latin and International music such as the meringue, salsa, cumbia, and mambo as well as other styles including hip-hop and belly dancing. Zumba is a cardio class that combines easy to follow dance moves and fitness elements. All students should workout at their own fitness level and intensity. Students will learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like toning sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their targeted zones. Just let loose and feel the music, no prior dance experience is necessary.
