Are you feeling stiff in your joints? Have you lost your flexibility? How is your balance? This class will assist you in all of these areas and more. We use chairs, never go down on the floor, and we use different apparatus to help tone, condition, and strengthen your body. This 30 minute class is filled with great fun, music, and laughter so come join us!
