Ages 18+. This class is designed to help aging adults build and maintain muscle strength through safe and effective weight training and resistance exercises. The exercises target all major muscle groups to enhance balance, stability, and everyday functional movements—modifications are offered to suit individual fitness levels. Whether you’re new to strength training or experienced, this class will help you safely strengthen and maintain your muscles for long-term health and vitality. Instructor: Jill F.
