This class is geared to the core/ab and back, glutes/legs, arms/chest, and is presented on the mat! The teacher is a certified Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Aerobics Instructor and brings over 30 years of experience to her classes. Be prepared to use weights, bands, dowels, and more.
