Ages 18+. This research-based exercise class is designed to improve bone health, muscular strength, and balance in a fun, social, and community environment. Class includes strength training, and aerobic, flexibility, and balance exercises. Beginner to intermediate levels; come dressed to move. Instructor: Jill F.
