Volunteers and Partners

  Over the years hundreds of volunteers and partners have helped to develop the recreation programs and facilities that our community now enjoys. It is because of this strong community support that the Sisters Park & Recreation District is able to offer so many programs each year. Individuals, agencies and businesses have all generously contributed their time and resources to help in many different ways. Volunteers and partnerships come in all shapes and sizes. Here are a few examples of volunteer and partnership opportunities with the SPRD:

Volunteers: work parties, coaches, helping in youth programs, fundraising, serve on the District or Foundation Board, serve on the Budget Committee, or use your special expertise and talents to help with a special project or program.

Partners: The SPRD has many partners that help by providing funding, volunteers, services and materials. Call us today. We would love to talk with you about Business Partnership Program and other ideas that can be mutually beneficial.

Sponsorships:  Many of our programs and events are sponsored by businesses and organizations. Sponsorships are a great way to highlight your business or Organization and help the community at the same time.
