If you missed the first round of Tai Chi, never fear, Master Chen will be back for another 5 week series starting next week!
The art of Tai Chi started hundreds of years ago in China, as part of their form of martial arts. This art form is slow, gentle, meditative, and the health benefits have been the focus of more than 500 studies in the past half-century. Some of the great benefits of this form of martial arts is the reduction of fall risks and strengthening your stabilizing muscles, like hips. Master Jian Feng Chen, founder of Oregon Tai Chi Wushu in Bend, will instruct this 5 week class here in Sisters Country. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in and bring plenty of water!

Are you planning on playing soccer next season? If you are, the registration deadline for 5-8 boys and girls soccer is next Friday, JUNE 1!
This early date is because we participate in the Bend Park & Recreation District league and they have strict deadlines for setting teams and then league schedules. Because of this, we have no wiggle room in our registration deadline and must have players registered by the June 1st date.
